Custom websites, paid for once
A custom website is $1,500 for a small site or $3,000 for a multi-page site with a page per service. You pay once, for the work of building it, and nothing after that - no monthly fee, no commission on anything you sell, and no charge for the small changes you will want in the first month. We host it and keep it running as part of the service.
- A page per thing you sell, each able to rank on its own
- A linked structured-data graph on every page, validated before launch
- Small changes done free afterwards, by email
- One to three weeks, fixed price agreed before we start

What you actually receive
A finished site, built for your business rather than selected from a library, and then run for you. We handle the hosting, the certificate, the deployment and the small changes. There is no dashboard to learn and no account to administer.
What you are not buying is a subscription. The price is for the work, the work happens once, and afterwards the invoices stop.
What gets built
A page for each thing you sell, because a single services page has one title and one set of structured data to spend and ends up competing properly for nothing. A linked JSON-LD graph on every page describing your business, services, hours and FAQs. A contact or quote path that works one-handed on a phone. And nothing else: no carousel nobody scrolls, no chat widget, no popup.
How it runs
One to three weeks. A fixed price agreed before anything starts, so there is no hourly meter and no scope conversation halfway through. You see it on a staging URL before it goes live, and after launch you email us for changes rather than logging in anywhere - we host and run it for you.
Where this is the wrong purchase
If you need customer accounts, memberships, or anything with logged-in state, you need software rather than a website, and we will say so rather than build a weaker version of it. If your budget is under a thousand dollars, a builder subscription is genuinely the better tool - the Wix comparison works through why.

What this is not.
Every service page should say where it stops. If one of these is what you need, we are the wrong call and would rather you knew now.
- Anything needing customer accounts, memberships or logged-in state. That is software, and we would tell you so rather than build a worse version of it.
- Businesses whose budget is under a thousand dollars. A builder subscription is the right tool at that budget and we will say so on the call.
Questions we get asked
How long does it take?
About a week for a small site, two to three for a multi-page one, measured from the kick-off call rather than from when you first enquired. The usual cause of delay is photography, so we will tell you exactly which shots the layout needs before you book a photographer.
What do you need from me?
Your services and prices, any photography you already have, and access to the domain and existing site if there is one. If a page needs copy we will draft it and you correct it, which is faster for everyone than asking you to write from a blank page.
What happens after launch?
It costs you nothing per month. We host it, keep it online, and do small changes - wording, prices, a new photo - free of charge when you email us. Anything larger is quoted per job, and an optional care plan is available if you would rather have us on call with agreed response times.
Tell us what you need built.
A short call, a straight answer on scope and cost, and a fixed quote. No retainer, no monthly fee, no commission on your orders.
